Handmade Blue Mountain Coffee

he many travelers for whom coffee is simply a part of travel will be glad to know Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is served at Camp Cabarita hand made and brewed in individual servings in Vietnamese coffee makers pictured below. Cups can be infused with cinnamon bark, lemon grass, vanilla, and freshly ground nutmeg all of which is locally produced. Handmade individual servings are en vogue at cafes and coffee shops, but at Camp Cabarita we’ve been doing it for over 5 years now. This green method doesn’t involve disposable filters and it makes a great cup of coffee.

Jamaica is home to the world renowned Blue Mountain Coffee sought after for it’s deep and rich flavor and mild after taste. Blue mountain coffee is a name only claimed if grown in the Blue Mountains and between 3,000 and 5,500 ft elevation. Coffee grown at elevations between 1,500 and 3,000 ft is called Jamaica High Mountain and lower than that is Jamaica Low Mountain.
